请问去美国旅游签证的问题

拿的是学生签证。想去美国旅游的话 具体需要什么材料
通过率高吗？会不会因为是在第三方国家 所以拒签啊？
有办理过的吗 感激不尽哟

学生只是去纯粹旅游的话，比较难办哦。
