0907 Purchasing coordinator

Procurement Service Centre, Team Commodities, is a department of 17employees in Corporate Finance, Novo Nordisk A/S. Team Commodities isresponsible for the purchase of commodities for all sites in Denmark.Furthermore we are responsible for maintaining and developing thecatalogue part of our electronic procurement system, eProCure, and foractivities regarding development of the catalogue management system.Procurement Service Centre, Team Commodities, is now looking for apurchasing coordinator to further strengthen the department.


Challenges
As Purchasing Coordinator you will be responsible for handling thedaily operation and project task regarding the purchase to pay processat Novo Nordisk. You will be involved in maintaining and developingsupplier catalogues and indirect purchasing processes securingcompliance with current regulations, guidelines and standards.


You will co-operate with our internal stakeholders situated mainly inDenmark eg. SSC Consulting, Corporate Sourcing, Accounts Payable,suppliers and last but not least - our internal customers. Besides avery versatile position with great responsibilities and a globalnetwork, the job holds future challenges within different areas such ascatalogue management, project management and LEAN projects.


Qualifications
You are a highly skilled administrative person who has improved yourskills by further studies (e.g HD) alternative an AP degree in computerscience. You are familiar with working in project groups and you havesome years of experience within purchasing, knowledge of electronicprocurement systems and SAP solutions. Furthermore, you areknowledgeable about purchasing and LEAN and you have good communicationskills within verbal and written English and Danish.


Our department is situated in Allerød, but moving to Bagsværd by theend of 2009. Your future colleagues are strongly dedicated to theirpositions and they expect an open-minded dynamic person with a goodsense of humour, the ability to execute on tasks and good co-operationskills.
