We are looking for a bright student assistant for our departmentInvestment Management, which is a part of PS Global Investments &Finance under Product Supply – the production division in Novo Nordisk.In Investment Management we facilitate the investments within property,plant and equipment in Product Supply; e.g. new production facilitiesand new production equipment. In 2008 we had a budget of approx. 1.800MDKK.


The mission of Investment Management is to provide the best possiblesupport to the departments executing the investment portfolio inProduct Supply by; managing and reporting on the Product Supplyinvestment portfolio, managing a worldwide critical supplier base,challenging decisions and assumptions in business cases, supportingprojects extensively in the start up and execution phases, ensuringthat standardised project tools are used across project portfolios,being a member of investment project committees for major projects andundertaking procurement management in investment projects.


We solve this mission in broad collaboration with national andinternational stakeholders from project managers to executives inProduct Supply and the rest of Novo Nordisk. Investment Managementconsists of 24 employees and is located in Gentofte, Denmark.


Challenges
You will support our department assistant and the rest of thedepartment in the following tasks; website maintenance, Englishtranslation and proof reading, IT administration, archiving of projectdocumentation, project controlling, excel based analysis, power pointpresentations, procurement, booking of meeting facilities and travelsand ad hoc assignments.


We can offer flexibility in planning your work according to exams etc.and similarly we expect flexibility from you according to deadlines. Weexpect an average working week of 15 hours.


Qualifications
You are studying for either a Bachelor or a Master degree inInternational Business Communication, Business Language and Culture,Business Administration, Engineering or any other relevant degree.Excellent language skills in English and Danish and good computerskills with MS office especially Excel and Power Point are required.Experience with Front Page or another web site tool is an advantage butnot a requirement.


You have good communication and planning skills. You are positive,independent, open minded and goal-oriented. You are proactive and ableto initiate and solve assignments independently in a structured way.You are furthermore planning to stay in Denmark for the next 1-2 years.
