0707 Group Internal Audit Manager Eastern Europe and Russia

Carlsberg Breweries A/S is looking for a Group Internal Audit Managerto their Group Internal Audit department to drive audits in the EasternEuropean and Russian Carlsberg businesses.

The Group Internal Audit Manager will be part of a team working withthe Carlsberg companies globally. The objective is to add value andimprove organisations and operations by examining and evaluating theadequacy and effectiveness of the risk management, control andgovernance processes. The department works closely with Top Managementin the individual countries and functions. Focus is e.g. on businessdevelopment, financials, and procedures.

Planning, reporting and follow-up on business processes / Advisor role
As Internal Audit Manager you play an active role in optimisingbusiness in Carlsberg through planning, conducting, reporting andfollowing up on audit projects included in the overall Audit Plan.During the analyses and fieldwork you act as sparring partner for keystakeholders, where you point out issues and challenges, and suggestthe right solutions. Through your advice, guidance and follow-upbusiness is optimised. You submit annual reports to Top Management onresults of the audit work including significant risk exposures andcontrol issues.

Internally, you collaborate closely with an experienced team, where youassist each other in delivering reports and evaluations. Towards thecountries you are visible through your visits and active guidance. Yourrole is considered important in the organisation and Top Managementrelies on your evaluations to make their next strategic decisions. Youreport to the Senior Internal Audit Manager for Nordic, WE and EE.

Experience with internal or external auditing
To succeed in the position it is expected that you combine yourprofessional experience in executing internal and/or external auditswith a Bachelor or Master degree in Auditing, Finance or similar. Youhave experience dealing with the business line, and you demonstrate asolid business understanding with a genuine interest in learning theCarlsberg business. In your work you demonstrate an ability to combinenumbers and figures with challenges in the business, and not only inFinance

You demonstrate a positive personal power in your dealings withstakeholders. You are extrovert and selling in your communication, andlike to convince your surroundings about the benefits in changing theway of thinking and processes. Through your structured approach andquality orientation you can handle several tasks at a time, and do itwith a high precision level. You demonstrate empathy and understandingfor different cultures and motivation for driving business. Your workcapacity is high, with flexibility in terms of travelling 70-80 days ayear. You are fluent in Russian and have a high level in English, bothwritten and verbally.
