Field Service Engineer 现场服务工程师
Reporting to: Regional Service Manager 区域经理
Position Scope:
Provides installation, basic operation training and repair within an assigned area to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
负责仪器的安装、基础培训、维护和维修,并达成客户满意。
Responsibilities:
1. Undertakes scientific instruments installation, basic training, maintain, telephone and on-site service.
2. Develops customer relationship and perform high level of customer satisfaction.
3. May help and coach other field service engineers to make solution to solve on-site problems.
4. Cooperates with customer service representatives to return relevant reports and spare parts as required.
Education/Experience:
1. College or above, major in Mechanics, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Molecular Biology, Chemistry etc.
2. Good spoken English and able to accept long-term or short-term international assignments is welcome.
3. Has good analytical diagnostic skills, and good at communicating with customers, self-emotional management, writing and speaking.
4. Works proactively, carefully, and with strong customer service awareness.
5. Strong learning and hands-on ability.
6. Can withstand strong work pressure and adapt to business trips.
