Job description
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be part of an international Call Center team (around 30 people) providing first-class customer service to external customers, IBM employees and IBM Business Partners. You will:
- Support internal and external customers with IBM hardware and software key generation issues through e-mail, phone, as well as the Web
- Work with software order validations and maintenance
- Provide first-level support for different tasks within different departments within IBM

Other information and special conditions:
We need you to be:
- Flexible as far as the working hours are concerned. As mentioned above, we cover several regions around the world (Europe, the Middle East, Africa, U.S.A., Canada, Latin America and Asia Pacific South) and therefore we need to make sure that our employees are able to work day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
- A committed team worker. As mentioned above, we are a team of approximately 30 people who work closely together on a daily basis
- Good at communicating both verbally and in writing. We have contact with different customers worldwide; therefore good communication skills are very important to us
- Able to work independently and with self-discipline;
- Able to understand and comply with high-quality demands
Required
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 6 months experience in Customer Service experience
  • At least 1 year experience in Teamworker
  • English: Fluent
Preferred
  • Information Technology
Additional information
Knowledge of Japanese, Chinese Mandarin or any European language would be beneficial.
