An ambitious role
We are searching for an ambitious marketer to join our Global Marketing Communications team. You will be part of an agile and ambitious team and drive key global campaigns and product launches and co-operate with regional sales and marketing in APAC, EMEA and NA.

You will be driving, coordinating and planning i.e.;
• campaigns, product launches and activities in co-operation with the regional marketing teams and project groups
• Facilitation and development of global marketing deliverables, programs, collateral, and campaigns to be executed in the regions (by the regions)
• Co-ordinate activities with external agencies
• Close co-operation with the Product Managers and other functions in Global CC&O Marketing.
• Follow up on marketing activity implementation and effect of the activities (KPI’s) in the local markets

It is very important for the team’s success that you are a pacesetting and pro-active person, who is not afraid of working with a large variety of tasks across the organization.

A strong project-manager and a strong communicator
We expect that you hold a degree in marketing, e.g. cand.merc., HD, MBA or similar. You have 3-5 years of project management experience within international marketing communication, either from an agency or from a marketing department and have a strong understanding of b-t-b and channel marketing from experience with 2 tier distribution model and through partner/reseller marketing.

As an individual you are a self-driven person, who is very good at building strong relationship, and have an excessive capability within holistic planning and project management working very structured.
To have success in the role you must be a strong communicator, be able to set and communicate targets and acknowledging cultural differences.

Due to the global responsibility and many stakeholders, you should expect 15-20 travel days per year.
