Do you want to share our vision of ensuring that our products are leading on the global market? We have increased our focus on developing solutions that match our customers’ needs, and so we are looking for 2 Product Managers to the Product and Applications area. In your new high-profile position you will be responsible for Stacker/Reclaimer or Silo products. You can look forward to making an impact on our solutions and gaining a global network.
Take our products to the next level
In either position you drive the product within your area of responsibility in close cooperation with the present Product Manager. One of your main tasks is to support our Proposal and Sales departments and ensure that our solutions match the requirements of our customers. For this purpose you will be cooperating with relevant FLSmidth departments globally. On an ongoing basis, you keep yourself updated on the product you manage, and gather information from relevant sources – such as customers and internal stakeholders. As you continuously focus on developing our solutions, you kick-start several initiatives that improve our solutions even further. Finally, you will drive designated projects and participate in other improvement projects.
Technical knowledge and commercial experience
Your Bachelor or Master’s degree is secondary to your technical knowledge and commercial experience. Through your career you have gained solid knowledge of equipment supply in a B2B setting, and you have an eye for product development. You also have a cross-functional ability, which enables you to understand a broad range of areas, e.g. engineering, sales, internal/external customers, economics, and competitors.
On a personal level, your cooperation skills enable you to work with colleagues and stakeholders from various nationalities and backgrounds. In addition, you have an innovative mindset and are results-oriented. Last but not least, you are a strong communicator – also in written and spoken English.
Seek the good working life
As an FLSmidth employee, you will enjoy a wide range of benefits, including individual training and further education, an attractive salary package with good holiday and maternity/paternity options, a solid pension and insurance plan, massage, chiropractics and physiotherapy, access to holiday cottages, a good senior programme and much more - plus you can buy meals to take home from work.
