How to attract and retain talents, how to manage the strategic employment of human resources, are the main tasks a HR manager will have to face.

What could be the strategy, practices, and development for the HR management in a competitive market environment like China?

How the situation of HR management in China look like from the point of view of an experienced HR manager?

She has been active in public media and the study of social problems. She was awarded “China Journalism Prize”, which is the highest journalism award in China.
