We offer you a challenging position as International Marketing Manager in the Carlsberg Brand Team located at the Carlsberg Group headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. The Carlsberg brand team is primarily tasked with leading the brand strategy and facilitating the profitable volume growth of the Carlsberg Brand while increasing brand equity and value. You will be part of a small team responsible for one of the fastest growing beer brands globally and one of the most important brands in the Carlsberg Group portfolio. You will report directly to the Vice President of the Carlsberg Brand. The main areas of responsibilities are - Lead the global brand positioning and ensure development of best in class communication and activation development in close cooperation with countries, regions and the activation team.
Inspire and engage the global brand community behind the Carlsberg brand.
Constantly refine and improve brand positioning.
Ensure development of best in class communication and activation across key touch points by guiding and briefing the internal activation team.- Facilitate brand growth in assigned focus regions in close cooperation with regions and countries.
- Develop the marketing plans together with regions and countries using the full pallet of the marketing toolkit (product, packaging, communication, media etc).
Analyse the potential across prioritized markets and consumer bases for Carlsberg.
Establish specific business and Marketing objectives for the brand.
Help design the global business and marketing strategies.
We are looking for a candidate who - Is a proven and highly experienced world-class marketer with 10+ yrs professional experience, based on a solid track record with blue-chip FMCG companies in home market and internationally.
- Completely master the brand marketing toolbox theoretically and practically. Has experience in i) field country-level marketing ii) global and/ or iii) regional coordination, which provides her/ him with a full end-to-end picture of the marketing process. Understands holistically the marketing steps from strategic planning to detailed tactical execution.
- Comfortably collaborates and communicates upwards, downwards and sideways. Is adept at operating cross-functionally and at managing a complex matrix set of stakeholders. Demonstrates an ability to work across various cultures and geographies.
You hold a Master degree. You have developed significant knowledge and skills from working in operations and have ideally been involved or led international marketing programs. Preferably you have experience from leading people, project leadership and strategy development. You have a strong commercial background and substantial experience in marketing. As a person you have world-class ability to develop strategies and concepts and convert them into to reality. You are outgoing, energetic and result-driven. You are an excellent communicator. You have a positive outlook, a winning attitude and a strong drive. You thrive in a busy, challenging and international business environment. You are willing to relocate to Copenhagen, Denmark.
