2604 Operation and Infrastructure Specialist for GN Netcom

You will be responsible for a range of infrastructure services and will be operating, maintaining and developing the services within your area of responsibility across the global enterprise of GN Netcom.

The Operation and Infrastructure team is a small and dedicated team working closely together utilizing the common knowledge and experience - based upon a Microsoft infrastructure.

As an Operation and Infratructure Specialist you will be working with a broad range of Microsoft products (i.e. System Center, Windows Server 2008, Clustering, SQL, OCS).

Your main responsibilities will be within the following services:

Monitoring Infrastructure services
• System Operation Monitoring (SCOM)
• Whats’ Up

Virtual Desktop Solutions
• Citrix Metaframe
• Microsoft Terminal Server

Print Solutions
• Windows print servers and queues
• Citrix print servers and queues
• Range of standard HP Network Printers and MFPs

Furthermore you will have a close collaboration with the entire IT operations and services and be an active part of several virtual and cross functional teams.

You are
You have a broad knowledge and solid experience of working with IT operations and infrastructure and one of your strengths is your in depth knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft System Center tools.

Your experience:
• Working with a wide range of MS infrastructure products
• Monitoring infrastructure and services (i.e. Via SCOM)
• Maintaining and operating Citrix platform
• Print management experience
• You speak and write Danish and English fluently.
