2604 E-business Coordinator

In order to ensure the continuing success of the recently introduced e-business solution we are looking for a new colleague. The newly established e-business function is part of our Customer Care department consisting of 13 colleagues servicing our customers around the globe. The atmosphere is informal, dynamic, sometimes hectic, and the team consists of enthusiastic and positive professionals with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Responsibilities Your main responsibility will be the daily operation of our E-business platform. You will be reporting to the E-business Project Manager and work closely with colleagues in our IT and International Sales & Marketing department. Work tasks Update information in our e-business portal Ensure that all relevant information (News items, pricing etc.) is available, in various languages, particularly for product launches Coordinate E-business support internally and externally Support new features in the e-business portal We expect you to Be eager to build on your already existing e-business competences acquired through your education or through your experience Have a very systematic approach and an eye for details, both in relation to language and numbers Be prepared for a significant amount of routine tasks Be very service-minded and have a commercial mind-set Speak and write English & Danish effortlessly Keep many balls in the air without loosing the overview Have a networking personality Have a good knowledge of the MS Office package We would like you to Have a relevant degree in marketing/business/IT or communication Generally have good language skills (the portal languages are English, German, French and Italian) Be a team player What we offer: We can offer you a job with many different assignments and excellent opportunities to learn and develop yourself and your career.
