n Customer Service Operations and Parts (CSO) we are on the look-out for a new Department Manager. You will be in charge of the department’s procurement of mechanical, electrical and inventory 2nd time parts – as well as intercompany and inventory sales of parts. With reference to the Head of department you will be responsible for 8-10 employees in Denmark and assisting 3 colleagues in India. You can look forward to a position within an area of growth and to developing a department and influencing working procedures within CSO.
You take our procurement skills to new heights
As Department Manager you play a central part in improving the total value chain from supplier to end customer and hereby support increased sales. One of your main objectives is to ensure that we deliver operational excellence when we purchase 2nd time parts for our customers globally. Further, you nourish the conditions for increased intercompany and inventory sales.

Within your leadership role lies a central task of driving initiatives that develop the department and improve the skills of our employees even further. Also, you are responsible for ensuring that the proper assistance is provided to our colleagues in India. In general, you inspire your employees and provide them with the means to implement new procedures and enhance existing working processes.
Manager with a solid procurement background
Your background in procurement is solid, and as an experienced manager you are able to display documented results within SCM agreements. As a precondition you possess an extensive commercial expertise, and it is a clear advantage if you have technological experience. You hold a relevant master’s degree such as HD with focus on SCM or similar.

As a trait of character you focus on utilising and creating possibilities in order to overcome obstacles. You are also comfortable working in an international atmosphere and able to adapt to a variable environment. Last but not least, your management skills enable you to motivate your employees and bring out the best in them.
