SALES ASSISTANT COPENAGHEN

For our Moncler Store in Copenaghen we are looking for a sales assistant (full time).

Main activities will be:

• to provide the best service, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony: welcoming, understanding customer’s needs, providing support while trying the products on, cross-selling, orienting customers to other department if necessary, packing and providing support during payment,
• to take charge of customers’ repair requests, and ensures that corporate after sales procedures are properly activated,
• to ensure the implementation of CRM initiatives and customers’ personal data collection,
• to look after all operative activities which are necessary to ensure the store efficiency,
• to support colleagues in charge of product replenishment and stock activities,
• to ensure store efficiency,
• to ensure that products are ready for sale, following visual guide lines,
• to support colleagues in charge of administrative activities, to ensure store efficiency

Requirements:

• Retail culture
• Attitude to work in international Companies
• Knowledge of English, Danish and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Experience in developing local client, customer retention, and dealing with customer complaints
• High level personality and standing
