Dear allparticipants at Copenhagen International Day 2009
Thank you for a rewarding meeting at Town Hall D.7 May. We are happy for yourcommitment and interest to both large and small: Arrangement development lineand practical affairs.

  

That decisions of the meeting - held at the Copenhagen Town Hallon 7 / 5 2009:

SCENE
• There will be a new and more professional lydmand year

      THE DAY
• Be in place in the tents at last. 11:45, so guests do not meet up to halfempty tents and we can in good time to call up to 'syvsovere'
• guards asking for more help with the removal of tables and chairs this year,so they can carry, may fetch respectively. tables and chairs for your own tent
• After the event, please associations also make their own chairs and tables inplace. There will also be shared black refuse sacks out where we will ask youput your own waste in.

Food, water and EL
• Food and second - as the previous year - only sold at cost
• Do not use kettles - it has in the past years overloaded power supply and ledto outages
• Water is carried in water bottles - or can be collected by Kaffesalonenskitchen entrance


D. 29/maj is deadline for supervising the landing of materials. Info we and themedia to use are:


1) Artists and performers should send the following no later d. 29 / 5:
- Short texts on the group performers / artists
- Pictures of the performing group / artist

Our communications lady and I will sort through their receipt of the many goodstories about the performers and the beautiful pictures. As much as possiblewill be placed on our website. However, we can not promise that everythingcomes from the website of the space and layout considerations. Send thereforesomewhat short and good info on the artists / gangs and their history.

2) All participating units should send the following no later than May D.29:

Association Name

The sites for your association's activities (and not only in mailing address):

Language - you can experience on the day of your bod.

How many participate in your association.


Brief info about your association and what you can experience in your position(if not I already have written in tilmeldingsblanketen).



The above information is used, so we can send a cuff to the newspapers in thestyle of such.

Meet the whole of an afternoon - At Copenhagen International Day you can meet55 associations, 324 voluntary associations active X from the world and havespoken 67 languages

In July I will send pictures and angles relative to the press to pressure theMayor's office - and sent them this info so far to all relevant newspapers andmedia.

  Local newspapers typically want stories that could angles to their ownlocality, which is why we are asking up to where your association activitiesoccur (and not only to your postal address). For inspiration in relation towhat I want to highlight your foreningsarbejde and activities, see theattachment with the stories that reached the media last year.
