Job Description
We´re looking for a field marketer with experience in the software or HR sectors to join the StepStone team in Copenhagen as a Marketing Manager. As Marketing Manager, in conjunction with the Country Manager, you´ll develop the overall marketing plan for Denmark, covering the e-recruitment and talent management software markets You´ll report directly into the newly appointed Head of France, Italy, Benelux and Scandinavia giving you incredible exposure to all aspects of the business, and a complete overview of local as well as global programmes.

Responsibilities

• Helping to advise implement and manage effective marketing processes, collaborating with key internal teams to develop a field marketing plan for Denmark
• Managing the field marketing budget for Denmark, achieving marketing contribution to sales pipeline targets
• Working with Global Marketing to ensure that pipeline programmes align with local sales priorities
• Co-managing the follow-up process for all campaign responses with the sales teams Managing all reference customers in Denmark within a worldwide reference programme framework
• Working with Global PR to develop our Danish trade and business press coverage

Requirements & The Individual

• You´ll need to be degree ( or equivalent ) qualified, with proven field marketing experience in the software or HR sectors
• Strong ability to work at a strategic level as well as own implementation of key marketing communications activities PR, social networking, channel marketing, and web marketing experience
• Excellent communication, negotiating, persuasion, interpersonal, project management, and organisational skills Literate across the entire Microsoft Office suite, ideally having an understanding of Salesforce reporting and administration
• English language skills to business standard

Ideally, you´ll be a results driven team player, confident and personable, able to build effective internal and external relationships. This role has no team management involved and requires both a strategic and hands-on approach.
