Buyer with analytic skills

TravelpoolEurope f.m.b.a. is looking for a Buyer with analytics skills, who in partnership with other key players in TPE, can secure member benefits in our global travel program.

TPE is looking for an experienced buyer with hands on experience with the travel category. You are sitting in a global travel agency, an international Procurement department or as a global travel manager looking after a Global Travel Program.

Your profile
As Buyer with analytic skills you will have an important role with procurement activities based on a solid
knowledge platform.

Your responsibilities will be hands on of the various procurement activities related to our global travel program, from start via analysis of buying patterns, RFP´s, negotiation and to implementation activities with our stakeholders.

In addition to that we expect, that you
•Have years of experience with the Business Travel category
•Are service-minded and a good motivator colleague who enjoy being part of a team
•Super user in Excel, and have flair for IT
•You have ideas and creativity combined with a healthy sense
•Good dealer properties
•Have an overview and a good mood, even when busy
•Structured in your working methods
•Can be presentable and able to compete in direct dialogue and presentation of the member firms or from our clients
•Used to support in client service matters
•Can express yourself professionally in English, written and spoken
•Can work in a small organization, where a high flexibility is important
