06/11 Strategic Buyer for Nestlé Nordic

Nestlé Nordic is building up a new Procurement organisation together with Nestlé Germany and we are therefore looking for a Strategic Buyer to cover the 4 Nordic countries within Services and Indirect Materials. The job is based at Amerikakaj in Copenhagen and you will report to the Procurement Group Manager in Germany.

The Tasks:
As Strategic Buyer you are the expert and the daily business partner in your spend category - Services and Indirect Materials. Your main takes are:

• Develop strategy for the category Services and Indirect Materials.
• Negotiate Nordic and local cross functional frame agreements.
• Achieve an optimized procure to pay process and the best cost/performance ratio.
• Ensure a close link to the Operational Buyer in your spend category.
• Train people in the organisation – and function as link to centralized requestors
• Working with and analyse spend category reports.
• Manage projects with the objective to add value to the business.

There will be some travelling within the Nordic countries Germany and/ or Austria.

Qualifications:
You have 3–5 years of strategic buyer experience ideally with facility management and a relevant educational background. Additional experience within services and indirect procurement is an advantage.

We see you as proactive and result-oriented. You are well-organised with strong analytical skills. You have strong negotiation skills and communicate well at all levels in an organisation. You dare questioning the way people work. To be service-minded and at the same time convincing is part of your basic skills. You are self driven, but understand the importance of being a team player.

MS Office, especially Excel is your natural basic tool. You speak and write English fluently and it is important that you understand the Nordic languages. If you know German it is an advantage. Experience with SAP R/3 and some knowledge within finance is also a great advantage.
