帮一位丹麦朋友发贴。
4000克朗出租一间大独立house其中的一间房，可以使用厨房和厨房一切设施，有浴室。水电热全包。
地点距离地铁站步行5分钟。
绝佳机会。

房子在DR附近。
房东是丹麦人。
房东只希望出租给一名学生。
房东的原话如下：
Regarding my room for rent I would be very happy to help a foreign student with a nice place to stay in Copenhagen. I have been a student myself in Germany and Italy, and I know how difficult it can be for foreigners to find a nice place to stay abroad. Therefore my house is open to a kind and honest person who can appreciate to live in a private house in Copenhagen.

4000对学生有点儿贵。

楼主，请问房子的具体位置在哪里？

不是说在DR Byen附近么, amager这边，有Metro直通。

下面是房东提供的有关房子的信息：

The adress is in 2300 København S (it is very close to the metro DR Byen/The University)
- The room is 20 m2
- Furniture with bed, desk, three chairs, sofa, coffee table and place for cloths and books, television and lamps
- Wireless internet

In conjunction with my other tenant, a Swedish girl, they have access to:
- Own bathroom with shower and toilet, own closet
- Kitchen-facilities with advanced microwave oven, coffee machine, boiler and fridge
- Washing machine
- Hoover

In total the tenants have 98 m2 - which practically is their own flat and with own entrance.
My house is built in 1936 and situated in a very calm and beautiful area, 7 minutes walk from the metro station DR Byen.

I expect from my tenants that they also appreciate to live in a peaceful and harmonious place, where we do not interfere on a regular basis but respect private life. I also demand from them that they keep their room, kitchen and bathroom clean and in good order. Guests and visitors only when agreed with me before hand, because this is a private house.

The rent is DKK 4.000,- all inclusive,
DKK 500,- in deposit for the key

Please feel free to provide people who could appreciate to live here with us and my cat - I enclose a photo of the house seen from the entrance.
