听说父母第一次来丹麦探亲可以延期到6个月,是否属实?

上次在飞机上听说如果父母是第一次到丹麦来探亲,到了三个月可以在丹麦本土提出申请延期签证至6个月,不知道情况是否属实?有没有人了解?

有这么回事，但不是普遍适用，跟父母是不是第一次来丹麦也无关。

如果你自己，或者你配偶是其他欧盟国家公民(不包括丹麦人自己)，
那么父母可以再延期3个月，总共6个月。

在这额外的3个月内，只能在丹麦呆，不能去其他申根国家(因为不是申根签证)


Other extensions of a stay in Denmark

In some cases, your visa or visa-free stay in Denmark may be extended by a visitation permit of up to 90 additional days. The visitation permit is valid only for Denmark and does not entitle you to visit any other Schengen country. Normally, you can be granted this type of extension if:

You are visiting your spouse, registered partner or cohabiting partner who entered Denmark when you were both at least 23 years and six months old. This is to ensure that spouses, registered partners or cohabiting partners who do not yet meet the 24-year requirement for family reunification have an opportunity to stay together until the immigration authorities have determined that the other requirements for family reunification are met.

You are an EU/EEA citizen or family member of an EU/EEA citizen, and you are visiting your spouse/registered partner/cohabiting partner, boyfriend/girlfriend or fiancé/fiancée, parents, children or siblings living in Denmark.
If you do not belong to any of these groups, you may only be granted an extension in the event of extraordinary circumstances, such as serious illness on the part of you or the person living in Denmark.
