Youwill be working within a brave new division, Community, Education &Direct – Business Development, with excellent possibilities forbuilding your knowledge and career. But you will also be working withthe greatest venture within Multiplayer Online Gaming – a game thatwill set the standards for future LEGO games. Your responsibility isthe interactive and highly innovative playground LEGOUniverse.com, andyour next big project will be to coordinate the re-launch of thehomepage.

Your everyday responsibilities involve planning andexecuting marketing campaigns for LEGO Universe, while taking care tocoordinate web activities with the people responsible for othermarketing channels, e.g. LEGO Club, MyLEGONetwork, LEGO.com, LEGOLANDetc. In executing these responsibilities, you must ensure correlationbetween the overall marketing strategy, campaign messages and thevisual expression. An important part of your job is to follow up on theeffect of web activities, collecting data and compiling statistics. Theposition involves constant and close cooperation with the MarketingManager and the Web Producer responsible for LEGO Universe.

Youreducational background is probably an MSc in Economics and BusinessAdministration (cand.merc.) supplemented with a couple of years workingas a professional within the online communication/marketing field. Butyou may also have acquired your specialist skills in onlinecommunication/marketing following a different path. The bottom line isthat we are looking for a candidate with the experience, drive andpassion to make a difference in the online marketing of LEGO Universe.Experience with consumer analysis, taking a holistic approach, and withmarketing activities involving storytelling is essential. Furthermore,you are an experienced coordinator/planner and thrive on getting thingsdone on your own, while truly enjoying the many collaborative aspectsof campaign work.

LEGO Group is a large, internationalorganisation involving cooperation across divisions, functions,countries and cultures, so it is important that you are able to engagewith a lot of people with different backgrounds. A good command ofEnglish – both verbal and written – is a must.
