Every year, the CES Innovations fair, hosted by the U.S. trade association for consumer electronics (CEA), takes place in Las Vegas right after the New Year. Prior to the fair, CEA hands out awards for innovations for the year's best products.
Danish Libratone makes active speakers of Danish design, and this year wins a CES Innovations 2013 Design and Engineering Award for their, so far, smallest loudspeaker, Zipp. It is the second time the company receives the award, which they also did last year for loudspeaker Live.
