Maersk Line, the world’s leading shipping company, is looking for eightself-starting and driven individuals to join our newly establishedMaersk Line Graduate Programme. If you are a university graduate withstrong leadership aspirations, then we want you for our Head Office atEsplanaden.

Commercial awareness and Global reach
TheMaersk Line Graduate Programme is a global two-year programme thatcovers two fixed rotations within the Maersk Line core business areas;Commercial, Operations and Network & Product. Through yourrotations, you will get a thorough knowledge of the way we work,develop a full understanding of end-to-end processes and achieve a highlevel of commercial awareness.

Youwill join a team of highly competent colleagues and jointly participatein reaching the objectives of your department. Your manager willcontinually provide you with individual sparring so that you candevelop professionally and personally. Being part of a global shippingprogramme, you will meet your fellow Maersk Line Graduate Programmeparticipants from all over the world in various seminars where you willreceive leadership and cross-functional training. In addition, you willalso participate in e-based case studies and business simulations.

Uponcompletion of the Maersk Line Graduate Programme, we envision that youwill be ready to take up a managerial position where you will continueto develop your leadership skills to further your A.P. Moller - Maerskcareer.  

Newly graduate with a personal drive
You hold a Master Degree in a Business related discipline,and preferably have previous work experience via internships, industryplacements or other relevant jobs. Prior shipping knowledge is not aprerequisite.

Youhave a strong personal drive to get things done and are a matureindividual who is able to work independently and take initiative. AsMaersk Line operates globally, you must thrive in a truly internationalenvironment and your English skills must be on a high level. Previousextensive personal travel would be an advantage.
