Business Controller /novo nordisk

A position as business controller in Diabetes Finished Products Strategy & Finance is open for placement. Our main responsibility is long term supply strategy and business controlling for Diabetes Finished Products (DFP).

DFP is responsible for the production and shipping of insulin finished products all over the world and comprises 3700 employees located in Denmark, France, USA, Brazil and China.


Challenges
DFP Strategy & Finance is a unit in DFP with 10 employees located in Sorgenfri with a diversed cultural background. As a business controller in DFP Strategy & Finance, you will have a broad area of tasks & responsibilities, which means very diverse and challenging tasks.

You will participate in and be responsible for various planning and reporting processes to management, including preparation and follow up of balanced scorecards, long term supply chain planning, business controlling and various improvement projects. In connection with this, you will observe that DFP complies with external and internal rules and requirements.


Qualifications
You have a master degree in business administration or similar and you must be good with numbers and IT. As you will have broad contact with stakeholders across the supply chain, you must have excellent communication skills, including fluent English.

You will be responsible for many activities in which it is crucial to be very engaged, both regarding deadlines and the quality of your work. The job also require drive and initiative in your way of handling tasks, as you must solve most of these on your own. As the above illustrates, you are a service minded and flexible person.
