Student Assistant to Business Development & Support, Sourcing
For our global Business Development & Support department within the Sourcing "Center of Excellence" we seek an independent student assistant to support processes and projects in our Sourcing organization.
Business Development & Support is responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing concepts, processes and systems, within the global Sourcing organization in Novozymes.
You will be working part time (approx 15 hours weekly) on supporting a team of 5 employees working with various purchasing tools, target setting, KPI reporting, Category Management tool kit, quality standards, Supplier Performance Management and a wide portfolio of projects. You will have a supporting role in these processes combined with your own responsibilities.
You will be located in Bagsvaerd and will have contact to colleagues globally.

Challenge

You will work with a range of different tasks; some recurring monthly tasks and some ad hoc in relation to projects taking your drive and skills into consideration. You will have a team of experienced colleagues within business development, who can contribute to an increased market and business understanding and you will get insight into sourcing in Novozymes and Novozymes in general.
Qualifications
• You are probably a student on CBS, DTU or ITU with a couple of years to your graduation.
• Master various IT tools (e.g. SAP, SharePoint, Excel, Power Point etc.) on at least user level.
• Good communication skills, excellent English skills needed.
• An enthusiastic personality, flexible and with a passion for getting things done.
• Experience with similar purchasing organizations is preferred.
• Must be interested in carrying out some transactional work.
