Job description
The Enterprise Account Manager/Hunter will be working within the Mid & Large Enterprise Sales Team, reporting directly to the Danish Sales Director.
The job will be 2 fold:
  • Account Development of some of the largest Industrial/Public customers in Denmark
  • Penetration of mid- to large industry customers with Aastra’s strong portfolio of IP telephony, Unified Communication, Business applications and Services offering. LI>

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Understand and thrive with the challenges associated with penetrating new accounts and developing current accounts.
  • Key (Enterprise) Account Management Skills. (C-level engagement, ROI based & Value Based Selling, Account Penetration/Planning/Mapping, Negotiation, Presentation Skills and Forecasting/funnel management)
  • Work with individual sales targets, and execute aligned with team objectives.
  • Understand, Maneuver and Practice the Mechanism of Enterprise Solution Sales. (Incl. working with Influences, key decision makers, Channels (System Integrators), Services, Alliances, Harsh Competitive Environments, Advanced Solution Technologies, rapid changing Market Dynamics and long sales cycles)
  • Comfortable with the analytics associated with targeted Account Selection, Account/Funnel Planning Tools and CRM to ensure knowledge sharing, synergies and business predictability.
  • Understand how to work with SI channels, to handover/share engagement on large accounts as well as leverage/mobilize correct organizational resources (Presales, Services/support, Marketing and SI channel managers) to achieve individual sales objectives.
  • Demonstrate leadership, confidence in selling and demonstrate a credible high-integrity market leading attitude.
  • Min 5 years solution sales experience from either IT & Telecom industry
  • Min 2 years experience with high-touch or direct sales in the mid-market and/or Enterprise Space.
  • Documented experience with penetrating new accounts.
  • A documented track record
