The LOR will be responsible for selling the Dell's products and service's via telephone or on-site and closing sales and taking orders from large opportunity leads identified by the responsible Account Managers. The position requires a person that can provide Technical and administrative information and quote prices as well as conduct effective customer profiles on all sales calls to ensure maximum potential is realised within each opportunity. The LOR will also act as a coach and will work with sales team on call profiling and bid identification.

It is important that the LOR maintains awareness of market conditions and competitor's products and pricing.

Qualifications


Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate & negotiate at all levels of an organisation i.e. IT Director, Finance Director, General Manager, Managing Director
  • Strong organisational, planning, analysis and priority setting skills
  • Support the Team Leader in managing team to achieve large opportunity identification and achieve leads and revenue targets
  • Support and coaching of new and existing team members
  • Organisational agility, knowing how to get things done through formal and informal channels
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages (Norwegian, Danish or Swedish)
  • You have at least three or four years well-documented sales experience
  • You are motivated for creating good results for you and others – are outgoing and a winner mentality
  • You have good interpersonal skills and can corporate with a small team as well as with bigger groups of people.
  • You are used to working under pressure and can control stressed situations
