Baker Hughes currently has a vacancy for a Human Resources Generalist based in Esbjerg / Copenhagen, Denmark. Position shall be preferable filled in Esbjerg.
Responsibilities:
· Under minimal supervision, acts as a consultant to the local Management Team.
· Harmonizes, implements and coordinates policies and programs
· Works in the areas of compensation & benefit, employee & labor relations, recruitment, training etc.
· Day-to-day HR Support for both locations – Esbjerg and Copenhagen
· Communicates Human Resources related programs to managers and employees.
· Acts as a Business Partner for our Management in Denmark.
· Handles special projects, as assigned.
Education, Experience Requirements and Qualifications:
· Minimum of Bachelor degree preferable in Danish labor law.
· Minimum of 3-5 years HR work experience.
· Broad knowledge of several HR principles, practices, and procedures.
· Excellent knowledge of Danish labour law and experience in communicating/negotiations with Unions and implementation/ harmonization of policies.
· Knowledge of Danish Social Security law.
· Experience in an international company would be preferred.
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
· SAP R/3 HR experience would be preferred.
· Danish native speaker preferred.
· Good English verbal and written communication skills due to international work environment.
· Willingness to travel and spend time in both locations.
