Join us at Solbjerg Plads on Wednesday 5 May 2010 where Abercrombie & Fitch will have a stand discussing the graduate positions within their rapidly expanding company.
Abercrombie & Fitch is a casual, classic, all-American lifestyle clothing brand synonymous with quality.  It encompasses four concept brands: Abercrombie & Fitch (A&F), abercrombie (a&f kids), Hollister Co (HCo.) and Gilly Hicks (GH).
Abercrombie & Fitch is currently seeking managers for its first A&F flagship store in Copenhagen, which is due to open in November 2010. This is your opportunity to speak to the A&F recruiting team and ask them questions about the career opportunities at A&F. Selected students could be invited to begin the interview process as early as May 6th or 7th at CBS.

The Manager in Training program is a blended learning program focused on immersing the trainee in all aspects of managing a multi-million dollar business for Abercrombie & Fitch. Every trainee will learn about different principles of management, including store operations, recruiting, diversity, creating the best in-store experience, human resources, stockroom systems and visual merchandising.

Successful completion of this program is the first step to becoming a store executive.  At Abercrombie & Fitch, we strongly advocate a philosophy of promotion from within.  All of our District Managers, Regional Managers, Directors – even the Senior Vice President of Stores – have gone through the Manager in Training program.  With the growth of the company domestically and internationally, career opportunities have never been better.

What you need to bring to the job:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Great team-building skills
• Internal motivation, resilience and must be a self-starter
• Drive to achieve the highest of standards
Current Manager opportunities exist in the following stores:
• UK: London, Kent, Southampton, Sheffield, Bristol, Manchester, Liverpool, Belfast, Milton Keynes, Cardiff, Aberdeen and Newcastle.
• Italy: Milan and Rome.
• Germany: Frankfurt and Hamburg.
• Denmark: Copenhagen (November 2010)
• France: Paris (fall 2010)
