Tech Data is looking for at high-performing Business Intelligence Analyst to help us indentify and translate market opportunities into actionable recommendations that enables the organization to pursue its financial goals. This is a new position giving you the opportunity for personally developing the job.
Tasks
You will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing departments in finding new ways to attract new customers, maximize value of existing customers, and retain the most profitable ones to achieve individual team and company targets: - Build and develop Tech Data’s market knowledge with a focus on understanding available market potential:
- Collect and analyze relevant pieces of customer information
- Determine the customers lifecycle and value to Tech Data
- Establish reporting methodologies and lead / manage ad-hoc market analysis and custom research projects as required to set the strategy and analyze performance
- Liaise between Sales and Marketing as a central coordination body to ensure:
- Continuously produce actionable information for both Sales and Marketing in order to support the Retain, Develop and Acquire initiatives
- Assist Marketing in preparation of customer lists for campaigning ensuring appropriate customer segmentation
- Help Sales prioritize target groups etc.
- Coordinate campaigns generated by Product Marketing
- Central administration of Compass (CRM platform)
- Ensure data quality and efficient process
- Maintenance of customers
- Single point of contact inside the local organization
- Continuously develop Compass’ functionality and your own skills as a super user
Skills, experience and personality
To perform this job successfully you must adapt readily to change in routine and work effectively in pressured situations. All your colleagues know that you are reliable and dependable. - Numerate, analytical, high attention to detail, able to prioritize
- Abel to combine strong analytical skills with business knowledge

- Able to develop long-term strategies while driving tactical projects
- A first-class communicator, who is able to build solid and effective working relationships
Knowledge - Master degree preferred
- Maybe IT industry knowledge from a student job or just interest
- Master Office, especially Excel
