Challenges in pharma
As project manager in NNIT Life Sciences Projects department you are responsible for projects that must honour the pharmaceutical industry's unrelenting demand for quality, documentation and timeliness.
You excel in the classical disciplines of project management:- Direct and manage project work, monitor time, cost and quality and conduct project closure
- Create WBS, execute the project against this structure and gain customer acceptance of each deliverable
- Drive cost estimation and control, including third party costs.
- Define, build and manage medium/large project teams. Develop the team for optimal performance, including use of offshore deliveries
- Plan and conduct management communication about major/critical projects. Appreciate different cultures' different requirements for communication
- Perform risk management planning, risk identification, and qualitative and quantitative risk analysis of medium/large projects
You motivate and coach your team and you ensure satisfied customers through effective delivery and relationship management.
You build an understanding of our clients’ business challenges and actively seek new business opportunities for NNIT. In pre-sales activities you contribute by defining the future project you will be implementing in cooperation with the client.
You orchestrate your deliverables through the use of NNIT global sourcing capabilities and international subcontractors.

Qualifications
You have documented experience from a position as IT project manager. Experience from life sciences is a definite plus, in particular in these fields:- Clinical Development, e.g. CTMS, CDMS, clinical data warehouse systems
- Document management systems
- Pharmacovigilance, e.g. safety systems
You possess strong analytical abilities and are very systematic, constructive and pragmatic in your approach to projects and clients. You strive to deliver high value to your client and exceed expectations.
You should expect some travel for international clients – primarily within Scandinavia and Central Europe.
