Regus employs nearly 4,000 persons and serves more than 200,000 customers worldwide. Each Regus centre includes a mix of offices, meeting rooms and common areas (copy-point, cyber café, kitchen…). For our business center Copenhagen City we are currently seeking a:

Customer Service Representative

Reporting to the Center Manager, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for:

- Delivering Regus Customer Service Standards to all Regus Clients
- Acting as point of contact for all internal client requests
- Meet, greet and take client calls to Regus Standards
- Up sell Regus Products and Services
- Ensure Centre Facilities are clean and to Regus standards at all times
- Ensure clients requirements are met
- Order catering from suppliers and delivering to clients
- Provide secretarial and concierge services to clients
- Deal with post; outgoing mail and faxes for clients
- Take bookings for meeting rooms from clients
- Ensure meetings rooms are set up with correct equipment
- Liaise with clients for all telecom and IT requests
- Report faults and maintenance issues

Applicants should have a first customer service experience in a dynamic environment, a good working - knowledge of Microsoft Office, an excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Salary according to qualifications.

Candidates should be fluent in Danish and English.
