SimCorp is looking for an ambitious Online Communications Manager to drive and develop SimCorp's suite of online communication activities. The ideal candidate is an experienced online specialist who simultaneously can work on a strategic and  an operational level with insight, focus and creativity. The candidate will be part of an ambitious global marketing organisation in an international and successful company.
Corporate Marketing
SimCorp’s Corporate Marketing department is responsible for the development and execution of all online communication, marketing campaigns, corporate branding, client events and for providing marketing and communication support for SimCorp’s subsidiaries and headquarters.
The job
The position covers a variety of challenging focus areas, where your main responsibilities are to:
  • drive and develop SimCorp's online identity, presence and experience;
  • define how corporate content and messaging is communicated across various online platforms;
  • manage various corporate online marketing programmes and ensure campaign integration;
  • to define and drive the corporate social media strategy in collaboration with stakeholders;
  • serve as the online marketing and communication expert, advising and supporting the organisation;
  • drive website improvements to increase website traffic, including page views, visitors, lead capturing and sign-ups and to optimise content and structure in partnership with stakeholders;
  • function as website editor and to ensure high quality and up-to-date online content throughout the website;
  • produce and publish new content.
Your qualifications
You have an educational background within the field of online communication and 4-5 years of marketing experience focused on online marketing and communication.
In addition, we expect you to
  • have an in-depth knowledge of online marketing and communication techniques and best practices, including online media tools and advertising, social media, search marketing, web content and online communities;
  • have a large interest and understanding of general marketing and communication disciplines;
  • have extensive skills in analysing traffic, trends and usage and in making relevant enhancements to increase opportunities;
  • be able to produce professionally looking content and applications in Flash, to have extensive experience with HTML and know how to handle other vital online tools;
  • be an expert user of Composite C1 and SharePoint;
  • have an outgoing personality and an appetite for switching between a multitude of tasks;
  • be structured with high output standards;
  • take initiatives and be proactive in reaching your goals;
  • have the ability to take ownership of projects and single-handedly drive the processes;
  • be an excellent communicator;
  • speak and write English fluently, as this is our corporate language.
