Marketing Coordinator to Strategic Marketing, Mood Disorders (Cipralex Team), Copenhagen (Internal Vacant positions)

We are looking to appoint a Marketing Coordinator for a permanent, full-time position within the Mood Disorders department in Strategic Marketing.
Strategic Marketing is composed of multi-disciplinary and multinational professionals whose primary tasks are to formulate and implement marketing strategies for the Lundbeck product portfolio.
The Mood Disorder team is responsible for defining global strategies, perform world-class activities and create high quality materials to promote Cipralex®/Lexapro®. This includes, amongst other things, conducting International Advisory Board meetings with key opinion leaders, Expert Panel meetings and promotional activities at international congresses, e.g. exhibitions and satellite symposiums. Furthermore, we collaborate both with our subsidiaries and across different functional areas within Lundbeck to optimise the sales and profitability of Cipralex®/Lexapro® as well as in the planning of Life Cycle Management activities. The Marketing Coordinator will provide professional and effective administration and support the Mood Disorder team in the implementation of these tasks.

Your job
  • Provide support to the Divisional Director, Strategic Marketing, Mood Disorders
  • Responsibility of the book keeping, budget system (SAP) and preparation of budget estimates and follow-ups
  • Provide administrative support and planning in the arrangement of conferences and international meetings
  • Book internal and external meetings for the Mood Disorder department
  • Travel schedules and liaising with various key opinions leaders, partners and agencies
  • Close collaboration with two other Marketing Coordinators/administrative assistants in the team
  • Support the department with ad hoc administrative activities
  • Some travelling (10-15days/year) is expected in the position, e.g. in connection to external customer meetings like advisory boards, expert panel meetings and congresses
Qualifications
  • You are currently a successful Administrative Assistant or Marketing Coordinator with the competences to fulfil above job description
  • Educational background as bilingual business correspondent with English or similar
  • You are fluent in English (written and oral)
  • You are flexible and able to adapt well to different situations and the challenges of a dynamic environment
  • You have a systematic, well-structured approach to your work and are highly organised
  • You appreciate the importance of the details but are able to prioritise your tasks from a bigger business perspective
  • You are a good team player and enjoy working both independently and in cooperation with colleagues
    • You have relevant customer-orientated business or secretarial work experience
    • You are experienced and competent in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, book keeping systems, SAP
    • You have a good sense of humour and are service-minded, with a positive attitude
