Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator
For our Customer Service & Logistics department we are looking for a replacement during maternity leave for 12 months with the possibility of permanent employment. You will be part of Novozymes Supply Chain organisation and join a team of internationally focused colleagues. The position is based in Bagsvaerd.

Qualifications
  • You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with Order-To-Payment Processes including Customer Service, Product Deployment and Shipping (both within and outside the EU).
  • Solid computer skills with command of SAP R/3, Sales & Distribution, Material Management including Warehouse Management and APO.
  • You demonstrate initiative and ownership. It is important that you are a strong team player, and it is further expected that you are able to work professionally in back-up pairs, good at networking and capable of taking responsibility for executing your own independent tasks to secure success.
  • You are able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, handle several tasks at a time and show attention to detail.
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to converse with customers and stakeholders around the globe in order to create and execute solutions to logistic challenges in the “Order-To-Payment” process.
  • You must be fluent in both writing and speech in English and German/French.
Challenges
Your overall responsibility will be to support specific customers within selected industries on a daily operational level. You will be responsible for the “Order-To-Payment” process for these customers worldwide.

Your job consists of receiving orders from customers and coordinating with internal departments such as Planning, Warehousing and external transport companies. This includes issuing of relevant shipping documents to ensure that the products are delivered in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
