Job Description:
NNE Pharmaplan Guangzhou, China is a new branch office of the world’s leading consulting and engineering company solely committed to the pharma and biotech industry. We design, procure, construct, commission and validate manufacturing facilities, according to cGMP, international and Chinese FDA regulations. We work in project teams. The team typically begins a project in the Guangzhou office and ends on site during the construction and validation phases. A project may last 1-2 years. After project completion the team will be assigned to a new project and the circle repeats itself. You will be assigned to a project team as Engineering Manager. Note this is NOT a line management position.
Your main responsibilities are:
Project technical responsible, technical clarifications and decisions through communication with Client, PM and NNE Pharmplan’s discipline engineers.
Project lead review and verification of all engineering activities to ensure cross-disciplinary consistency and compliance with NNE Pharmaplan's Methods & Systems.
Project lead of engineers and on-the-job-educate engineers to their highest potential.
Change control; ensure changes are implemented consistently across disciplines.
PID logistic-controlling
Sales support at client meetings
Project Proposal support, scope definitions, cost calculations and descriptions
Contribute to Standards and Guidelines Development and participate in COI’s
Promote NNE Pharmaplan and look for sales opportunities when ever together with Clients.
Qualifications:
Master or bachelor degree in engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience with facility design and construction. Master in own discipline.
Broad minded with good knowledge in several of the classic engineering disciplines.
Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical and experience from the pharmaceutical, biotechnological, food or chemical industry.
Good communication skills in both written and oral English, Mandarin and preferably Cantonese.
Leadership experience.
You enjoy working in an international environment, which will challenge your cultural and social competences.
Preferable Chinese Nationality, with experience from international companies.
Situated in Guangdong province is preferable
