In countries such as USA nearly five and a half million people are living with Alzheimer’s.  Every 70 seconds someone develops the disease. Several pharmaceutical companies are working on treatments to help patients to live better with this and other chronic diseases – and several of them are starting to plan their future manufacturing.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and flexible person. You must be target driven and have the ability to understand our customers’ needs. You can work independently and take initiative but still be a team player when working with NP China and other NP offices around the world.

A good understanding of the professional services and/or engineering business with the business skills to drive improved profitability is critical.  A general knowledge of production issues related to the life science industry will also be an advantage.

You must have sales experience which includes all aspects of sales: market canvassing, follow-up, presentations, preparation of proposals, contract negotiations and ongoing customer relationship management. If you have already established a network in the life science industry in China this will be an advantage.



Qualification:

Minimum a Bachelor degree in a related engineering field or sales & marketing, and preferable a Master degree in a related field.
More than 10 years’ sales experiences in engineering companies.
Broad engineering knowledge and biotechnology or pharmaceutical understanding.
Excellent Sales/Marketing promotion and presentation skills.
Excellent skills in customer relation and contract negotiations.
Excellent skills in reporting and systematic analysis.
Excellent business sense.
You must have a pleasant personality that motivates your surroundings.
You must be ambitious and be willing to go the extra mile.
Fluent in English and Chinese
