Our IT organization is looking for a SAP HR consultant to be based in our headquarters in Kolding.
As our new SAP HR consultant you will the key player in our global SAPHR project. You will work with business processes in relation to SAPHR.
The main missions of the role are:
• Participate in the SAP HR project
• Be responsible for SAP HR support to the HR community
• Secure that the SAP HR setup supports the HR processes and are aligned with other processes
Day to day activities:
• Support to HR community
• Support to SAP HR super users
• Coordinate with SAP Basic to secure uptime use on system
High flexibility necessary, as some travelling days is to be expected.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would have;
• A degree in HR
• Extensive knowledge with SAP HR from a production company or as an internal or external consultant
• Knowledge of HR processes and business understanding
As our group language is English, you must have a high level ofEnglish. It is an advantage if you have experience with communicationacross cultures from an international organization.
