Description
At Lundbeck HR we have strengthened our strategic focus to support the realisation of the aspiration of becoming “The Best CNS Company”. Three organisational areas have been created: HR Global Management, Corporate HR Operations and Corporate Organisational Development with a total of 50 highly dedicated employees.

You have the opportunity to learn about People and Organizational Development and be part of providing global service to the organization. You will closely work with the Specialist Organisational Development, but also get an insight into other parts of the HR organisation. We also take charge of strategic HR initiatives and projects and there might be some exciting challenges for you waiting as well.

Your job
An internship with us will give you a good opportunity to get an insight into People and Organizational Development. You will, apart from handling administrative tasks regarding Performance Management and Organisational Review help further develop those 2 processes and support in other strategic HR projects.

You will also be supporting the process owner with ad hoc assignments such as updating excel lists, preparing PowerPoint presentations etc. Your success will very much depend on your ability to understand the need of your colleagues, ensuring the right support when needed. Finally, you will report to the Specialist Organisational Development and be part of a small team facing tough but extremely motivating challenges ahead.

The internship should preferably start in January and can last up to 7 months, depending on your study programme.

Qualifications
Our preferred candidate has the following profile:

You are able to work in a structured way
You are able to maintain the overview, as well as a sufficient level of detail
You have excellent communication and co-ordination skills and ability to make a decision
You are a team player, and by the same time able to work independently
You have excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
You are fluent in written and oral English, Danish is an advantage
Experience from working in a global environment where different cultures are represented is an asset
You are at the end of your bachelor degree starting up on a candidate.
