Job description:
You will be responsible for registration of contract and collecting all the billing support documents to trigger the invoice and revenues in the trigger system. You will report directly to CCFM (Contract Commercial & Fulfillment Management) Director. The tasks of BTS will include:
All POs(Purchase Order) information registration and periodically excel analysis and reporting;
Contract review organization and documents server archiving;
Coordination among Financial Dept. and Supply Chain, Project Organization, Production Line, Service delivery groups.
Also to monitor the contract uploading KPI, and drive this KPI achieve the target.
Confirm the internal accounting software system’s invoice information (CFS system)
Make the invoices based on the local regulation’s request template
Print the invoice from internal accounting software system (CFS system)
Cooperate efficiently with all related departments
Communicate with Customers regarding billing related issues
Send the hardcopy of invoice to relative client
Register the date and mailing info of sending invoice on internal accounting software system (CFS system)
Operate in the on-line system to trigger invoicing and revenue recognition
Fulfill company’s policies and implementation of procedures
Manage and smooth the Billing and Revenue Trigger Procedure, so as to achieve the requirement of Timeliness Rate and Correctness Rate.
Issue the weekly or bi-weekly business report.
Or other work as request.
Your challenges:
Fluent communication in English is necessary. Speaking Chinese will be perfect, but it is not necessary;
Basic Telecom knowledge setup and End2End process improvement according to experience accumulation;
Prudence, team cooperation spirit and strong sense of responsibility;
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or above, better with engineer background
Good knowledge of Computer skills and reporting ability. Good Knowledge of MS office software.
Fluency in English.
Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
