To build the LG brand at a “Shopper” level by fully utilizing the cooperation with our customer and their marketing plans. Secure strong consumer communication in customer media. Customers in this case defined primarily as operators but also as resellers.
BRAND & BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
  • Supporting Sales management in channel marketing strategy and line-up of new products
  • Creation of channel/customer marketing plans based on the annual budget for MC
  • Follow-up and evaluation with reports/deviation reports/analyses.
PROMOTION
  • In cooperation with our customers develop in store promotion and other BTL marketing strategies
  • In close cooperation with each local sales manager; to understand the drives in store, and thereby plan and create right mix of activities in the marketing plan, secure executions and evaluations of activities
  • Drive develop excellent customer / channel marketing program
PRODUCT
  • Supporting Consumer Marketing Manager and sales management in communicating LG PRM based on consumer benefits
CONSUMER INSIGHT
  • Understand the target segments and together with sales propose plans targeting these. Extracts new insight from data and translates into strategies and plans
  • Anticipate competitive behavior and predict future scenarios
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
  • Update of customer targeted marketing material
  • Coordinating with Sales team (key point of contact)
  • Responsible for all LG material in customer media
ANALYSIS
  • Market Analysis (Data collection and Analysis), product-, competitor-, and price analysis
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORs
  • Sales / launch related
  • Presence/influence on customer communication
  • Consumer Brand awareness
EDUCATION
Academic degree in business, preferably major in marketing, or equivalent
Competencies
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum three years experience from consumer marketing role
  • Likely background for example:
    • agency with retail focus
    • trade marketing position in Electronic Company (consumer goods) company
    • marketing function with operator
    • In-store specialist from DVH sector.
  • Experience from in store communication and development of point of sales strategies and promotions
  • Knowledge about brand management
  • Experience from sales to end customer/consumer
  • Experience from channel management/cooperation is an advantage
  • Ability to extract new insights from data and translate it into reports and presentations

  • High presentation skills/comfortable to present to a large group of people
  • Result/solution oriented
  • Self-starter able to drive projects independently and learn quickly
  • Sales skills and clear customer focus
  • Good communication skills in English and Danish
