Product Marketing Manager, CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Danmark
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is one of the fastest growing solutions in the Microsoft portfoliolio. We therefore look for an experienced and enthusiastic product marketing manager to lead this growth in the Danish market.
Role
The role of the PMM is an exciting and multifaceted position that has the purpose of build and drive the go to market plan for Microsoft Dynamics CRM in Denmark.
Position encompasses a multitude of tasks and responsibilities that at the same time carry high expectations and opportunities and draw on a range of skills and capabilities.
Role is at the frontline of the drive and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and as such sits high on the agenda of Microsoft..
The success of the role will not only depend on the functional capabilities of the job holder, but as much on the ability to co-ordinate, work across the company and achieve buy in from internal as well as external stakeholders.
Responsibilities / Areas of focus
Overall
As the Product Marketing Manager for Microsoft Dynamics CRM you own the plan for taking the solution to the market. Based on the international strategy for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, you'll work with internal stakeholders to build the local plan. This includes coordinating with partner- and sales team as well as other marketing- and product marketing groups in Microsoft Denmark to ensure that the needed resources for growth are in place.
This includes, but is not limited to
  • Determine optimal industries, segments, and accounts to focus on within Denmark
  • As part of the Business Plan, build a product, industry, and segment opportunity plan that will help direct Partner's and Microsoft's marketing activity to most appropriate areas of potential.
  • Prioritize industry, horizontal, and solutions areas and map this to internal and external resources. Build plan for entering white spaces
  • Build ideal marketing plan in each area of opportunity: What messages, value propositions, marketing campaigns. should be used in order to address the segment
  • Provide market re-assessment and recommendations at mid-year review (MYR)
  • Be on top of product forecast and implement relevant changes in tactics when needed
  • Work with Partner Team and partners to ensure partner competences
  • Partner and Customer communication through relevant channels
  • Work closely with international colleagues to leverage best practices
  • Successfully orchestrate product marketing campaigns to meet launched product demand generation, awareness/reach, up-sell/cross-sell, and renewal goals in Denmark
Candidate Profile
  • Formal marketing degree education or other relevant higher education
  • Ideally CRM & IT industry background and/or IT industry insight counting at least 3-5 years
  • Experience in positioning, branding and messaging
  • Experience in optimizing resources and budgets.
  • Experienced in setting goals and expectations.
  • Proven background in building business plans and taking these to execution
  • Strong capability in analyzing, segmenting, and opportunity identification
Experience and knowledge of the drivers of integrated marketing
  • Technology Advocacy: understand, articulate and ability to influence external audiences and affect planning internally.
  • Ability and experiences in working across functions, business areas and industries
  • Ability to convey messages to internal and external audiences and understand what it takes to obtain acceptance, understanding collaboration and buy in with equal respect for others agenda, while at the same time ensuring own message/agenda is being adopted
  • Extraordinarily strong communication skills, ensuring a clear concise and targeted approach
  • Strong presenter and spokesperson skills
  • Ability to keep many activities going on at multiple levels and across multiple areas at the same time
  • Fluency in spoken and written Danish and English
