Sitel is looking for:
Top motivated supporters who speak and write fluently Norwegian orDanish or Swedish or Finnish in combination with English to providephone and e-mail support for our client’s customers. If you speak twoScandinavian languages at the same time it will be an advantage.

We offer you:       
A full-time position 37 hours a week where you will receive training in communication and in our client’s products.

Your qualifications:
You have call centre experience and either a strong or general interestin technologies/services and a flair for IT software. You are anexcellent communicator that believes in providing top support. It isabsolute essential that the candidate speaks at least one Scandinavianlanguage in combination with English.

Primary tasks:
•You are the first point of contact for our client’s customers in all the questions related to products and services.
•Support customer via telephone, e-mail, internet and fax
•Analyse cases and provide advice and solutions for problems  
•Troubleshooting and problem solving of technical problems
