Do you want to focus on providing solid legalsupport to Novo Nordisk’s large global production units? Then you maybe our new Corporate Counsel in the Legal Gorvernance & Pharma Lawteam. You will join Novo Nordisk’s Corporate Legal department, locatedin Bagsvaerd, Denmark, and become part of our growing legal team ofmore than 50 attorneys globally.
The position is highly independent while requiring extensivecooperation across functions as well as borders. You will have theopportunity to provide an invalu-able service to a large and globalmanufacturing organisation.
Provide legal support to the global Product Supply area
As a part of Legal Governance & Pharma Law, you will be involvedwith providing legal support to business units responsible for thedevelopment, manufacturing, regulatory approval and distribution ofNovo Nordisk’s products. We also provide assistance on a wide varietyof areas, from financial reporting over company law, to employment lawand IT contracts.
Specifically, your focus will be on pharma law and contract law. Amongother things, you will assist the global Product Supply area with legalissues such as drafting and negotiating contracts for the establishmentof factories and the supply of raw material and components on a globalscale. Your contact base will be extensive and vary from case to case –from global departments in charge of establishing factories and buyersto global suppliers. Modest travel activity can be expected inconnection with negotiations abroad.
Ready for the next step
You have a degree in law combined with 3-8 years of experience from alaw firm or company, and you are ready to take your career to the nextlevel. You have an interest in and knowledge of international businessand pharmaceutical industry practices and you want to generate aprofessional profile within the area of pharma law. As you will beworking in an international setting, you must have strong Englishcapabilities, both in speech and writing, as well as culturalawareness. Moreover, with your time management skills you are able tohandle several assignments and projects at once. Lastly, you enjoyworking in teams, but you can deliver independently.
