Job Description
The traineeship is for 2 years and you will be part of the EMEA Mobile Sales Operations team, located at our head-office in Ballerup, which takes care of all our European customers. Our products and customer-orders are being shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong directly to our customers all across Europe and you will be involved in the whole process from supplier to customer. It is therefore important that you thrive well in a multicultural, international environment. To be considered, you need to be a strong team player and take responsibility and ownership for executing your own tasks.
Some of your specific responsibilities will be:
• Coordinate with other departments like our freight forwarders (both in Amsterdam and in Hong Kong), sales, our global supply chain (in Hong Kong and China) and finance about the delivery status of orders and products.
• Sales order management and follow-up (releasing, monitoring and invoicing orders).
• Daily follow-up on deliveries and shipments according to specifications.
• Creation and maintenance of customer SOP’s (standard operational procedures) that describe customer specific requirements for shipments and order configuration.
• Support in sales forecast consolidation (via SAP / Excel)
• Customer complaints and warranty claims.
• Customer Service (interface with our customer support team).
Criteria of success:
• Delivering in due time with a minimum of error
• Be an excellent communicator with customers and stakeholders in an international environment
• Have a strong customer focus
Your experience and qualifications:
• You have passed your exams for HHX with excellent results
• Flair for IT systems, including Office skills
• Fluency in English is a must (Danish and German an advantage)
• Have a very good understanding for numbers
