We are currently looking for an outward agent that is technically bright to support certified Bosch retailers.

The right candidate:
• Must master Danish and Swedish
• is service orientated
• is used to communicate via telephone and emails
• is experienced working with Windows
• has technical interest
• has some experience with tools
• has prior experience with customer service
Your tasks:
You will support certified Bosch retailers via telephone and emailswhere you will deal with order handling, product information and tomaintain updated information in the customer database. Furthermore youwill contribute with product development and improvement based on inputfrom customers. Bosch is worldwide recognized for a range of theirproducts but you will specifically be supporting their power toolsbrands based in Copenhagen.
Salary:
Monthly based salary according to your qualifications
