New customer service centre for applicants for work and study-related residence
On 25 February 2013 , the Danish Agency for Labour Retention and International Recruitment will open its own customer service centre.
Starting 25 February, anyone seeking assistance with work or study-related residence at the Danish Agency for Labour Retention and International Recruitment should do so at the agency’s new customer service centre at Njalsgade 72C, 2300 Copenhagen S. The new service centre will offer assistance with the following types of residence:
•Work
• Study
•Green Card
•Au pair
•Internship
•Working holiday
•Accompanying family member of the above-mentioned types of residence

After 25 February, the Danish Immigration Service’s customer service centre at Ryesgade 53, 2100 Copenhagen Ø will only offer assistance with the following types of residence:
•Family reunification
•Asylum
•Visa (short-term visit)
•Religious workers and accompanying family members
•All types of residence in the Faroe Islands or Greenland (includes work or study)
•Permanent residence permits (for all types of temporary residence permit holders)
