关键的一段话应该是:
"This means that an amount equal to the pension contribution will be paid out together with your monthly salary. This amount will be taxed according to your taxation status whether you are covered by the researcher taxation scheme or taxed with an ordinary tax card. An amount of DKK 108.35 will be deducted as Group Life Assurance."
就是说，等同于pension contribution的一笔钱会随工资发放，但要扣相应税款，无论你交的是研究人员低税还是普通税。
你说的100多kr我倒也看到一个类似的：

关键的一段话：
“The collective agreement on Academics in the state also allows for 0.3% of the total 17.1% pension contribution being paid as salary. No holiday allowance will be calculated on this amount, nor is the amount pension-qualifying. But if you wish to receive this monthly bonus of ca. DKK 115,00 before taxes”
简单说就是每个月可以从17.1%的pension里面拿出0.3%来，这个数目约为税前115 DKK。
但这个跟pension exemption应该是不同的东西。
