只是丹麦语的法规翻译成英语后造成的误会。

如果你看丹麦语的申请表
Det er et krav for at få forlænget din opholdstilladelse efter greencard-ordningen, at du enten
er i fast beskæftigelse og har været det i de seneste 12 måneder eller
har været i fast beskæftigelse og er blevet uforskyldt ledig inden for de seneste 3 måneder.

用的词是fast beskæftigelse， 意思是固定的工作

只要不是
1. 按小时付工资的工作(hourly pay/timelønet)， 也不是
2. 合同有时间限制，只签半年，1年的那种time-limited contract,

就符合要求, 都可以视为"permanent job"

没，规定一直是这样，没有变
只要是固定工作就行，兼职也可以，但每周至少10小时

我觉得，政策编写得很阴险/白痴喔。
首先，官网宣称：

Your residence permit can be extended if you have worked for the past 12 months for a minimum of ten hours per week.

Your residence permit can be extended for one year if you have lost your job through no fault of your own (e.g. due to cutbacks) no more than three months before applying for an extension, and if prior to this, you worked for 12 months for a minimum of ten hours per week.

解读为，三年绿卡到期之前的过去一年有符合要求时间的工作，然后在申请延期签证前失业且不超过三个月的话，就符合条件延期签证。

然后，到了申请表中（第4页第3点）的条文：

In order to qualify for an extension of a residence permit under the greencard scheme, you must meet one of the
following requirements:

Be employed in a permanent position, and have been so for the past 12 months, or

Have become unemployed within the past three months through no fault of your own.

解读为，三年绿卡到期之前的过去一年有符合要求时间的工作，然后在申请延期签证前必须有一份无固定期限的工作合约，又或者必须在申请延期签证前失业且不超过三个月，就符合条件延期签证。

这是不是很阴险+白痴？申请表格的条文竟然可以和官方解释条例不符；还有特显很支持失业者延期居留？？是不是说，即使有一份5年的工作合约，也不符合申请条件，因为既不是“无限期合同”，又不是“失业”。


不知拿到绿卡延期签证的同学，是不是都符合两个必要条件的其一？ 非常好奇！

呵呵，我觉得阴险没有，白痴是有点。丹麦人写的英语句子词不达意，完全经不起推敲～
加上申请表的更新比官网的网页慢，英语的申请表更是经常不更新，而且漏洞百出。

其实丹麦语的申请表是这样写的:

Det er et krav for at få forlænget din opholdstilladelse efter greencard-ordningen, at du enten er:
i fast beskæftigelse og har været det i de seneste 12 måneder， 一直在干一份固定工作，已经满12个月了
eller har været i fast beskæftigelse og er blevet uforskyldt ledig inden for de seneste 3 måneder.
或者有干过固定工作，并且只是最近刚失业了，但失业又没有超过3个月～
没有鼓励失业者的意思，只是考虑到如果要续签时不幸正好刚刚失业了，仍然有机会续签。

不知道为啥翻译成英语的时候，把前半句漏掉了

5年的工作合同肯定算是固定有工作了，通常满1年以上就算是fast beskæftigelse

Just made a phone call to immigration office and got the answers below:

1. Comply with the terms publishing on the website, if there is any discrepancy between the website and the application form.

2. Even a one-year contract can be a granted an extension if one meets the requirement for the term of "you worked for 12 months for a minimum of ten hours per week." .

其实我觉得移民局这个规定很人性化， 看你怎么理解。
第一条 Be employed in a permanent position, and have been so for the past 12 months, 重点在后半句， 只要近来12个月有全职工作就行，和permanent 无关。

第二点Have become unemployed within the past three months through no fault of your own. 重点也在后半句中这个 through no fault of your own 。只要不是由于你个人错误导致失业都还是有机会的。比如公司倒闭，导致失业就不是 fault of your own. 都还是可以续签的。移民局就这点来讲考虑的算周到了。
