The Marketing Coordinator position provides operational sales & marketing support and advanced administrative support to the Tactical Marketing group. The position:
Your primary responsibilities will be: - Coordinating local/national exhibitions, plan and execute logistics. Coordinate logistics/shipment of shared product-specific roll-ups. Establish a confirmed list of local/national exhibitions on a yearly basis. In addition, ad-hoc involvement in international 'major' congresses.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings - handle logistic set-up: invitations, scientific program, meeting room facilities, hotel bookings, transportation, internal catering, restaurant bookings, social activities, etc.
- Support to Tactical Marketing Managers with implementing local tactical and operational activities based on global plan. Maintenance of Sales Activity Plan (SAP) on a quarterly basis. Dissemination of marketing material, proof material, newsletters, dummy kits, etc.
- Ad hoc member of the strategic marketing group especially in connection with updating the 'Competitor Zone'
Your profile: - A bachelor degree in marketing and/or experience from working with sales and marketing in an international environment (min 5 years).
- Fluency in English - verbally and in writing.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office and good overall computer skills
Your personal competencies: - Good planning, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
- Good communication skills, open and proactive in nature.
- Being solution oriented, having a positive attitude, being a team-player.
